Hello and thank you for your interest in the 2018 CCGA Annual Gardeners Conference!
The event venue is:

Kennedy-King College
740 West 63rd Street, Building U, Chicago, Illinois, 60621

Please complete this form and return by Monday February 19, 2018. We will review your application and you will  hear back from us soon.

Here is the basic information about exhibiting this year:
1. The fee for exhibiting is $50.00 which includes continental breakfast, and the use of a 6ft. table and two chairs. If you are interested in attending workshops the cost is $25.00 per person and includes lunch. If you wish to just join us just for lunch, that will be $15.00 per person.

2.  Once your application is reviewed you will be notified depending upon space availability and then you may register and pay online.

3.  Note that you may not have access to an electrical outlet at your assigned location.

4.  You may enter Kennedy King’s at 8:00 AM to set up and be ready for attendees as they arrive at 9:00 am. The conference ends at 2:00 PM.

5.  We ask that you enter at the main entrance (740 West 63 rd Street, Building U) and check in at the registration table where you will be directed to your exhibit space.

6.  Doors will open at 8:00am for exhibitors to set up.
