Hello All,


We are ready to start the project to update our community garden list. So we need to meet first and anyone that has some extra time and wants to help update the list please let us know.


When can anybody get together? Here are some proposed times:


Tuesday Dec. 7 at 7pm

Wednesday Dec. 8 at 3pm

Thursday Dec. 9 at 7pm


We all need to be able to view the documents together so Mamie I could pick you up on any of those days and we could go to my house or a library for the meeting.


Some of our goals for updating the list are:

   
   -    
Coordinate volunteers at community gardens;

   -    
Provide lists of gardens in various political jurisdictions like city wards;

   -    
Provide lists of gardens for tours in specific neighborhoods;

   -    
Create a map of community gardens;



We need to decide on what data we want to try and record and that will be the hardest thing to decide. We also need to decide on an approach to updating the list between ourselves. 


Let me know what else I am forgetting and missing and when you think you can meet. Thanks very much and sorry for the delay on this!
