[Advocacy-outreach] From CCGA - December Meeting Canceled - New January 5th Conference Planning Meeting Scheduled

Hello All -

The December coordinating meeting tomorrow the 20th has been canceled. The
results of the poll about whether to hold a gardeners conference in 2023
showed that the majority of you want an in person conference in 2023.

So we need to meet early in January of 2023 to start planning the date,
venue and the curriculum.  Thursday January 5th 2023 at 6pm is the proposed
date of our first conference planning meeting.  January 5th is a proposed
date -- if we are to have a conference, those planning it need to start
sooner than later.

An agenda and reminders will be sent after the 1st. The regularly scheduled
January 17, 2023 coordinating meeting remains as planned.  Enjoy the
holiday season and see you in January.
