[Advocacy-outreach] [Education] From CCGA - Coordinating Meeting - TONIGHT at 6PM

Hello,

There is one item I would like to introduce briefly, and that is an
invitation for CCGA to participate in an event put on by Forest Preserves
of Cook County.  On *Sunday, March 13th from 11am to 1pm at Caldwell Woods
Warming Shelter (located at 6350 N. Devon Ave.)*, they will be hosting a
gardening expo promoting sustainable gardening practices.  From 11-12, we
will have a vendor fair with local organizations

I am willing to work at a table they will provide for us as a good way to
further promote CCGA and what we do and promote our conference with
flyers.  I hope there will be one or two others joining me.  It is not only
an education event, but I see it as advocacy and outreach as well.  If
Resources has anything to add, we can announce upcoming distributions.
