[Advocacy-outreach] Agenda for 1.4.2022

Here is the proposed agenda for Tuesday's meeting.  Please try to attend
the meeting at 6 pm.  At 7 pm after our conference business discussion, the
meeting will be open to any who wish to participate in a discussion of the
conference theme for this year's virtual conference.  Time is of the
essence in communicating with all Chairs and working groups so that we may
meet a timeline for the conference.  A draft of the RFP is provided. Please
read it thoroughly. If any part of it is not clear to you, it won't be
clear to presenters either.

*7:00  pm *Discussion of Conference Theme Open Meeting

Note:  At the time of the Dec 20 zoom meeting it was proposed that the
theme take into consideration the role of community gardens; it was also
suggested that the concept of thriving would work well into a theme.
