[Advocacy-outreach] We have a Conference Theme and an RFP

Hello and Best of the New Year to all CCGA Chairs and their Teams,

Attached you will find both the pdf and word files for our 2022 RFP which
contains our 2022 theme.  You will see under the heading Conference Theme*,
*that a concept statement is tied to our proposed theme.  This is a small
look at where we've been and  where we're headed, describing our theme to
help everyone visualize the future in community gardens.

Thank you to the Education Committee and guests at our recent meeting, Amy
Olson, Mamie Gray and Mary Fran Riley.  Together we held a robust
discussion on both the RFP and the theme.  Now it's time to get all of CCGA
on board with this new theme and a brighter format for our RFP. *If you
welcome this new theme and our better format, let us know in reply that you
are on board.*  We hope to hear from you by 5 pm Friday. By Monday at the
latest, this document will go out to our subscriber list of over 1800 with
additional sends to lists of nonprofits, past presenters, and partner
organizations.  *Please* do not send this document before noon Monday.  We
want to know first if there are any considerations we may have missed.
