[Advocacy-outreach] [Communications] We have a Conference Theme and an RFP

Before I bow out with too much going on, our conference is open to all
gardeners.  That is what is special about our once a year conference. I
thought the discussion made it clear that our conference, since it is
virtual and not limited to Chicago, but we know, and our community
gardeners know we support them.

Amy,  the changes you proposed this morning fix any misapprehension, so
please do not change the theme with one objecion when an entire committee
discussion resolved this and everyone had plenty of time to weigh in.
Today is beyond that date and violates the integrity of the committee
discussion  and decision
