[Advocacy-outreach] Final RFP now available for download

Hello Chairs, Working Groups and Friends of CCGA

Attached you will find the Final RFP for 2022 which you may now download
and share, hopefully pass on to prospective presenters who you feel would
give a great presentation, and consider for your own proposals.  More of
our own community gardeners can and should be featured in presentations
such as panel discussions and sharing what's new and working in their
community gardens for the gardening years ahead.  You may have already
received the RFP, my apologies for this duplication, but not taking chances
that anyone gets left out.

You'll find this final document much better at informing
prospective presenters as to what we're looking for as relates to our
theme.  Thank you for your patience. If you prefer a word document, please
