[Advocacy-outreach] CCGA Garden Signs

Our next "swag" should be a GGGA garden sign. Let's come up with the text,
and we know Amy will come up with a fabulous graphic. No contest, we
fabricate it and distribute them at Resources distributions with gardens
signed up for the event so we can track which gardens have them. Other
gardens on our new map can pick them up at the conference and we check them
off.
