[Advocacy-outreach] From CCGA - Coordinating Meeting Rescheduled for Tuesday May 24 at 6PM

Hello All,

We are rescheduling tonight’s CCGA coordinating meeting for NEXT TUESDAY
May 24 at 6pm. The meeting will start at 6pm sharp.

This will be a virtual Zoom meeting and I will send a reminder a day or two
before and then the day of the meeting..

We are working on an agenda and if you have any specific agenda items to
add or suggest then email that note to
communications at chicagocommunitygardens.org.

Also, if you can help Resources & Distributions on Friday May 20th at 10am
at The Hatchery (135 N. Kedzie; on Green Line) prepare for Saturday’s
distribution; they would appreciate any extra help on Friday.

finance at chicagocommunitygardens.org

Also, I was notified that some individuals were not receiving all the
emails for their respective mailing list. I did check the mailing list
settings and did find some issues with the Education & Resources lists.
Some individuals on those two lists were temporarily removed from receiving
emails and I am reviewing that but everyone should be receiving emails from
the lists now.
