[Advocacy-outreach] Connect with CCGA

Hello Elizabeth,

Your email invitation to connect with us at CCGA is welcome and
appreciated. We want to begin discussions with you to see the many ways in
which we may connect and continue to support growing communities.

Our science and research based programs, informative workshops and
community garden wide distributions have always supported community growers
with increasing attention to advocacy for food security and
equitable distribution of resources.

The Grow Your Groceries sounds a bit like a grow kit we made with recycled
egg cartons, seed starter mix, seed mix and an instruction booklet we put
together for  kids at our Spring Conference in 2019.  Our conferences have
been held virtually since then; in 2021 we offered presentations on urban
community food forests as well as  a new community food navigator app.

Let us know what you have in mind and we can certainly set up a zoom in
our room with you and any of your staff.
