[Advocacy-outreach] CCGA 2023 Event Series

Good Morning,

The ad hoc team tasked with creating a narrative document describing our
re-envisioned 2023 event is attached for your consideration: *How Does Your
Garden Grow?* As well, an application form for our community gardeners to
tell us, show us how they propose to participate is *included with a link*
to the google form. We have yet to create a graphic to head the form.
Please help us complete our work by reviewing the doc and the form. Reply
to me or Amy and if you'd like include the rest of the ad hoc team, Gina
Angela and Mamie

We're asking you to please take time to read through both the document and
the form and get back to us by 5pm Sunday, March 19.  If you have no
comments or suggestions, and we don't hear from you by 5 pm Sunday, March
19, we'll move on to create an eblast for all our community gardeners.
Still in the works, a great graphic to head the google form.

You may have noted, we still need to set a deadline for submission of any
proposal, and of course, the ad hoc team needs time to review them,
consider what CCGA can offer in support, and coordinate the dates and times
of the April and May series. We're working on it as you read this.
