Hi All,

Attached are the meeting minutes from the April coordinating meeting. They
are also posted on the website.

Community Event Series Updates for Website

If there are events to post on the website calendar or make general posts
about please let us know so we can get them on the website. Someone checked
the CCGA calendar and didn’t see anything posted.

Updating Garden Map Meeting

We are going to start another round of updating the garden map. You can
view it on the website. If you want to be part of the team to do this
please email communications at chicagocommunitygardens.org and let me know.
Right now we just display some basic location info and a website, facebook
and instagram accounts if we have them on file. We are going to add email
addresses for garden contacts starting this round. The first target dates
to have a meeting to review the process would be Tuesday May 9th in the
evening or Wednesday May 10th in the afternoon - let me know which time you
prefer.

Public Email Inquires

Email inquiries from the public are usually directed at one of the 5
existing mailing lists or to our general email address for CCGA, which is
info at chicagocommunitygardens.org and is used on our correspondence
(mailings) and on the web site for the general public to send an inquiry.

We have created a new mailing list to handle any email that comes to
info at chicagocommunitygardens.org and circulate it to this new list. Anyone
volunteering for CCGA can be on the list so members of all working groups
can view the mail. Let us know if you want to be on that list to review the
public email to CCGA.

The next coordinating meeting is Tuesday May 16th at 6pm.
