Hello –



I’m reaching out to see if it would be possible for a group of our
employees to volunteer in May.  I read that you may be able to help
coordinate a group volunteer situation, and I’d be really interested in
speaking to you about what is possible.



There would be around 8-15 of us, and I’d love to commit to helping for the
4 hour time slot or a bit longer, during the week (we will be taking a work
day to do this, so weekend days are not preferable).  Please let me know if
this is something that may align with you or if it may not be the best
fit.
