Thanks for getting back to me.  There is not a lot of time to plan this, so
please let me know what you already have in place. This is a very
interesting proposition, and we'd like to work with you on this Monday
event if you are interested in more than CCGA's participation.   CCGA can
participate and bring other participants.

When you came across CCGA I hope it was through our website where you could
see that we hosted our 7th Annual Conference this past Saturday. We had
over a dozen exhibitors and nearly as many presentes for a successful
event.  Most importantly for CCGA is the networking we do with funders for
our conference.  It is vitally important that we identify new supporters
for our workshops and our annual conference.  We are already looking at a
theme for next year's conference on "Gardening for Health and Wellness".
We have been in contact with a small group of medical professionals who
would lead a panel discussion on the critically important benefits of
gardening as a mood lifter, a body balancer, and gardens as a mind clearing
"weed free" space. A keynote speaker would kick-off this event. We want to
see people using use their gardens, garden beds, and small container
gardens in offices as resources for a happier, healthier, and more balanced
life.  Please let me know if Tishman Speyer would consider a committment to
underwriting our 2020 conference.

Please reply with an overview of your event as we have a number of
questions.
Where will the event be held? In your lobby or conference area? What is the
square footage of the space? How do you see passers-by entering and leaving
the space?
What are the hours of the event? Please include set up and take down time
for exhibitors.
Will you provide tables for the exhibitors? Do you want table top
slideshows for the event?

A group of small group CCGA folks are meeting soon and would be available
to meet with you as well.
