[Communications] Update and Info for CCGA Newsletter

Hello CEGA committee,

CCGA will be sending out its newsletter soon, and we'd like to include an
update on CEGA.  We know you've notified garden leaders that they passed
the initial screening process and will be contacted by judges.

So can you give us a number?  How many gardens are up for the award this
year? Do you have a panel of judges yet?  Any news that we can share would
be appreciated. We're all excited about keeping a good thing going.
