I see what you mean, however, I recall having the MWRD invited to one of
our meetings about toxic sewage compost without "approval" of the
committee.  This is why I suggested that he attend for a few minutes first
thing at the meeting to tell us about his organization and then leave.
However, if you prefer,  I willl "disinvite" him willingly.  Okay?
