[Communications] Updates to the schedule

Amy, JW,

How do you want to handle updates to the conference schedule.  Yes it is
subject to change, but we already know that Andrew will do soil testing
starting 10 am with samples left earlier at the UI Ext table. So he may be
done before his workshop presents and not want to stay.  Do I need to check
with him again?
