[Communications] Release of classroom Feb 15, 22, and 29

Our CCGA Meetings are now on the third Tuesday of the month, and we are
alternating between CCGT and the Hatchery, so I'm surprised it hasn't
been scheduled yet.  Let's say 6pm and thank you.
