[Communications] Conference Web Page Updates

Hi JW and all,

I’ve worked a bit on the conference web page. I’ve basically set up a template and much of the info still needs to be updated from last years’ info. I did not see the page you referred to below, JW, so I duplicated last year’s page and have started updating the content. 

You’ll see it marked as a “DRAFT” in the list of pages on the Wordpress dashboard. Here’s the link:

Items that still need to be updated have UPDATE next to their titles. If you update something, you can delete the UPDATE note and reply to this email thread.


Items that need updating:
Set featured image - Ignore the featured image at the top - I have to troubleshoot why it’s not displaying correctly.
Exhibitors - should we add something about a “marketplace”?
Info and Map of Whitney Young
Schedule
Fees - add support team email?
Conference Highlights - add Keynote Speaker? Update Kids’ info
Soil Testing Station - Is this happening?
Workshop Descriptions - Do we want to do accordians again?
Meet the Presenters - Separate page?
Registration Directions & Links
Transportation and Parking
Please note - will there be lockers available?

Another website item that needs some tweaking is the FORUM. 
We could plan to announce it at the conference!
The log in process needs some TLC. JW, can you still help with this?

I’m available to help with any of the registration set up and can work on the content updates later tonight.
I’ve also been working on the newsletter and will send a test asap.
