[Communications] CCGA: Conference start page update - some info needed

Amy,

The only kid friendly workshop stated as such is the one about Birds as
connectors. I checked with Emilia Areallano she stated no. No one will turn
kids away if accompanied by an adult, but there are no child-centered
presentations.

Parking is free. Why do you need to get in touch with anyone? The entrance
is on Jackson. But just call the office on Monday if this doesn't answer
your question. Call me if you need. I can email the assistant principal on
Sunday, he usually responds readily.

Angela has said repeatedly that there is a box lunch. Call me tomorrow for
more explanation. I will call her Sunday if you don't want to. I keep
saying we can be better than this. You shouldn't have to search for any
information at this point.

There will be no lockers available.

Hope this helps. So sorry you're still sorting through this. I did cover
parking earlier. It may be hard to find bits and pieces of information.
Next year we should have a form for this stuff to be ticked off no later
than one week following acceptance of presentations. It would be much more
helpful than that "conference task list" which doesn't supply any of this
information just sorts which committees are involved.
