[Communications] CCGA: Conference start page update - some info needed

Ok the schedule....let's just say lunch follows presentations or make it
precise at 1 pm. Speaker time is tricky as I said in earlier email. We
only have the building until 2:30 --- our rental of the building is from
7:30 am - 2:30 pm. So Speaker could be 1:30 - 2:00 pm . I told Robert he
could have 30 minutes Closing remarks follow immediately, no need to
write in time or make it official, closing remarks 2:15pm.

OK does this sound good?
