[Communications] CCGA: Workshop listing for accordians on website

What titles do you need to shorten? This could change  FB, newsletter,
etc.  if title changes enough to confuse anyone, so let me know I may need
to let presenter know as well.

Next year, once presentations have been accepted,  I will insist on word
count for bio, and state that presentation titles may be shortened on
website. Probably more stuff to reign in with RFP.
