[Communications] CCGA: Conference schedule - checking in

Hi Lorraine,

As I updated the schedule on the web page, I noticed that there is not much time at all for the exhibitors and soil testing. Has this been discussed?

Have there been any decisions about when the exhibitors should arrive? There was discussion at the last meeting at WYHS about moving the registration area to the lobby of the Arts Building and then all attendees would cross the bridge area to enter the cafeteria. If this is still happening, I think it would be a good idea to invite exhibitors to set up early to catch folks who who start arriving at 9. 

I would suggest starting the keynote at 1:15. I also suggest cutting the second workshop by 5 minutes so lunch can get started around 12:45. See below for a suggestion.

With such little time for the exhibitors, both the keynote and the exhibitors get a bad deal. It’s too bad we can’t extend the conference by 30 minutes.
Also, you mentioned that the we have the space until 2:30, what about clean up? How long do we have to pack up?

10:00am-11:15am - Workshop Session 1
11:30am-12:40pm - Workshop Session 2
12:45pm - Lunch
1:15pm - Keynote Speaker
1:45-2:15pm - Networking, Soil Testing, and Exhibitors!
2:30pm - Conference Concludes

9am - Doors Open, Continental Breakfast, Networking

10:00am-11:15am - Workshop Session 1

11:30am-12:45pm - Workshop Session 2

1:00pm - Lunch

1:30 - Keynote Speaker

2:00 - Soil Testing, and Exhibitors

2:15 - Conference Concludes
