[Communications] CCGA: Workshop listing for accordians on website

Hi,
I am only referring to the titles used in the reg form stuff. The actual
title value is used in several places and they must match exactly for
everything (the wait list stuff) to work. I have already done this and only
had to shorten a few and it does not affect what should be the full
original title used elsewhere on the site.
