[Communications] Lunch for conference 2020

Ok, I just spoke with Angela and she confirmed the salads will be served separately. They don’t need to go on the form.

Here’s what can go on the form. These should be checkboxes and the last item should have a fill-in line.

Lunch 

Please choose a wrap (all are gluten-free):
Turkey
Beef
Chicken Salad
Grilled Veggies (vegan)

Add cheese

Please let us know of any other dietary needs and we will contact you:
