[Communications] CCGA conference - draft flyer attached

This is a good flyer for people familiar with our organization, but for
organizations not so familiar like North West Food Partners Network (except
for Ryan) and for high school and University students and faculty friends
of our presenters this is too much text and doesn't speak to them about
what they will get out of our conference or signing up for the newsletter.

Maybe a second flyer with a few changes since the original is awesome.
