[Communications] Use of projector for this evening's CCGA meeting

Hi Amy,
Happy Tuesday. There is a dedicated ceiling mounted projector in the
conference room and a VGA port for laptop connections on the A/V rack just
behind the podium. You'll also find the remote control for turning the
projector on/off (on the door panel side of the A/V rack) as well as the
switch (labeled "Screen") to bring the motorized screen down/up. Please
note, cables/adapters/dongles would need to be provided by the presenters.
