[Communications] Fwd: CCGA Conference - discount for vets?

It’s not a suggestion, we have to respond to a vet who asked specifically if we offer a discount with appreciation for his service.

This is the first time this had ever happened. Of course we should offer him a discount. 

It’s about giving appreciation to someone who felt it was important to let us know of his service. 

We have only received this one inquiry. Let’s keep it in perspective.
