[Communications] registration and exhibitors fee

Hello Vanessa,

We see your registration. There is a separate place for exhibitors to
register to tell us a little about their display and plans. The link to the
exhibitor application form is here:

If you could fill out the form it has all the instructions and details and
a contact email for questions. I have copied Julie Samuels on this email
and she handles the exhibitors for CCGA.
