[Communications] Presenters Registering

JW,

I did email all the presenters that they are comped and registration is
complete for them, and I believe you did too what lunch each preferred, yet
I find that two CSU students presenting with Jackie Smith in workshop on WK
#9 Using Traditions... just registered, probably to indicate the other
workshop they'd like to attend when they are not presenting.

Can you clean this up so our numbers are accurate for registration in terms
of payment and counts in workshops.

Amy, we didn't anticipate this, so is there a way going forward to fix this
going forward and especially next year.
