[Communications] Students Looking to Interview

[Gabrielle Drutchas]

Dear Whomever this Reaches,

My name is Gabrielle Drutchas, and I am a student of Whitney M. Young High
School. My partners, Sammi Yee, Ameilia Chasen, and I are building a
vegetable garden at Newberry Academy where one of us attended elementary
school. The goal of this project is to build and plant the garden this
spring and then found a gardening club at the school for long term care.
The idea behind it is inspiring responsibility, leadership, and healthy
eating as well as gardening (which we believe to be a lifelong skill). As
part of our project, we are interviewing community members that are already
applying some of these aspects. We would love to set up a video call or an
in-person interview with someone involved in your organization. Keeping in
mind that we are in school every day from 8-4 p.m. could we set up an
interview?
