[Communications] CCGA November 7 Workshop - JPG flyer for emailing & posting and Facebook post to come on Friday

Hello All,

We are ready to have our first virtual workshop! I am emailing today about
sending a confirmation email to attendees.

I can do all that if you guys help provide some basic copy. If not, I can
draft some later today. I had a brief review call with Kathleen and Kasey
on Tuesday to go over the Zoom set-up. The event is ready to go and I have
the join link.

I can send out a round of emails to everyone that has registered either
later today or tomorrow morning. Then I can be on stand-by to handle any
last minute registrations up until the time the workshop starts on Saturday
morning and get those folks the join link.

Let me know what questions you have and what to do next. I am pretty busy
today with my day job until mid-afternoon, after that I should have some
time for CCGA.
