        An important update about changes to our policies

 We're writing to let you know about some important changes we’ve made to
our Standard Terms of Use <https://mailchimp.com/legal/terms/> (STOU),
Privacy Policy <https://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/>, and Data Processing
Addendum <https://mailchimp.com/legal/data-processing-addendum/> (DPA).
These changes are effective November 23, 2020 and will automatically become
part of our contract with you.

 Below are some of the changes and improvements we've made: 

   -  We’ve broadened the scope of our DPA to account for and address
Australia’s Privacy Law (Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)). 

 
  -  We've updated our STOU to clarify that we may aggregate and anonymize
Customer Data, including campaign content, to create statistical
information.

 
  -  We’ve updated our Privacy Policy to reflect when such aggregated
anonymized information may be shared and with whom. 

 
 
 We encourage you to review the updates at your earliest convenience.
