These classes are free, but we welcome donations to help offset programming costs. Pre-registration is required so we can send you a link to join, and space is limited. As one student put it, "Amber makes yoga feel fun and accessible! When you are in her class, you feel more like her close friend than a student. She creates a positive and welcoming environment for you to challenge yourself and enjoy the benefits of yoga! Awesome class!!" This class will be offered the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month. Our recurring Virtual Yoga with Natalie series is still ongoing the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month.
