[Communications] Covid-19 safety garden signs are ready - can drop off for plant distribution tomorrow

Hi Mamie and May!

I just received word from Robin that the Covid-19 garden safety signs are ready for pick up. 

So, if it still works, I can drop them off at the plant distribution to be given to gardeners when they check in. 
What time will everyone be there in the morning? I seem to remember 8:30 or so? 

I hope to be able to stay to help, but I will probably have to rent a ZipCar so will be limited with time.

I think this will be pretty simple, but if there is a way to mark on the check-in list who took a sign, I will need to see how many NeighborSpace and non-NS gardens took signs to sort the cost with Robin.

Please confirm this is ok and let me know if there are any questions or concerns!
