[Communications] Copy of Agenda for November 16 meeting

Hello Lorraine -

Sorry for the delay. I did have a modest agenda for that meeting. I
attached it here and put it on the website as well. We didn't have a lot of
input prior to that last coordinating meeting. Our next meeting is the
21st, 2 weeks from today and right before the holiday starts so we have
time to get our ducks in a row for that meeting.

We are meeting this Thursday at 7pm to work on our list of community
gardens.
