[Communications] October and November minutes Dec too

I just sent you the revised Oct meeting minutes which need to be reposted
and the Nov notes have yet to be posted JW!

I placed a link to the Oct minutes in the Dec minutes which I'm writing
now.  Will that link change when you reposted corrected minutes? Please let
me know.
