[Communications] CCGA Special Meeting to Accept 2021 RFP's

Hello all

After the Education Committee meets this evening, the
CCGA coordinating group must meet to approve by motion new proposals
submitted by Ed. Eight returning 2020 presentations will not be considered.
That leaves a smaller number of new proposals to consider.

The  2021 RFP states, "A notification of acceptance will be sent by *Friday
February 5, 2021*."
