[Communications] From CCGA - Meeting Minutes, Latest Conf & Newsletter Updates

Hello All,

Please see the attached meeting minutes from the coordinating meeting last
Tuesday February 16th.  I have also attached the documents provided by May
Toy in her presentation on the weed ordinance and native garden registry.

Be on the lookout for a review of the newsletter and a note about testing
registration. We will need a few volunteers to go through the registration
process and provide feedback and of course please review the newsletter
preview when that circulates either later today or tomorrow. We expect to
have registration open soon.

It was decided at our last coordinating meeting to hold an ad-hoc
conference update meeting on  Thursday February 25th at 6pm to finish
planning and discussing the following items:


   -

   continued planning for public Main Stage events;
   -

   follow-up on exhibitor and sponsor solicitations;
   -

   Hoppin training for presentation moderators;


An email reminder will be sent next week a day before the meeting on the
25th.

The next standing CCGA Coordinating meeting is Tuesday March 16, 2021 at 6pm
