Please join us tonight at 6pm for more 2021 conference planning and
preparation.

This will be a virtual Zoom meeting and the link is below.

It was decided at our last coordinating meeting to hold an ad-hoc
conference update meeting to finish planning and discussing the following
items:


   -

   continued planning for public Main Stage events;
   -

   follow-up on exhibitor and sponsor solicitations;
   -

   Hoppin training for presentation moderators;


Also - registration is open for the 2021 conference and last years payers
have been contacted.

The next standing CCGA Coordinating meeting is Tuesday March 16, 2021 at 6pm
