[Communications] CCGA Special Meeting to Accept 2021 RFP's

It should not take more than 1/2 hour and it looks like 6 pm Wed is the
best time for those responding.

Wed at 5pm is the second option.

So if more folks would respond by noon Wed. the meeting will get scheduled.

I would like enough people for a motion to stand with a quorum of at least
7 people!  Happy to have a repeat open zoom room any time to share what you
missed after a vote happens.
