The Communications Committee has continued working on sponsorship documents, and Amy has been the lead developer of the documents. Working with those revised at the recent CCGA 2021 Conference ad hoc development team meeting, Tuesday 1/26 there is a completed, final draft of the cover letter and the information sheet.  The critical piece remaining is a document containing sponsorship levels..  We had agreed to abandon the old pledge form in favor of one proposed by Amy to contain vivid and more inviting graphics and better wording.  Amy will send this out Tues. morning..
Please review the document(s) and contribute to the final draft of sponsorship levels, best way to organize them, possible earmarks for funds, etc. 
Are you available for the zoom room, Wednesday, Feb. 10 ___6 pm___7 pm
Let's get this done ahead of our monthly coordinating meeting  Tues Feb 16, so we can get some sponsors by the 16th!
