Hi all,

Attached is a conference schedule - a working document - for our discussion this eve. I’ll also be sending conference flyers you can share later today - still confirming a few things.

If you have any ideas for activities or breakout rooms, please share them!

We’ll be discussing the flow of the events, overlapping, etc. this eve. But these are the windows of time where we can add activities (or not!):
9:30-10:00 Welcome (Stage)
11:00 - 11:30 Fun activity  - trivia? (Stage)
12:30-1:00 Fun activity (Stage)
3:00-3:30 Closing message - activity (Stage)
