Hi Mamie,
Yes, that was my understanding as well. I think it’s better to go with the $500 for reference.
What if a student wants a scholarship? That fee is only $15.
Also, JW informed all of the 2020 prepaid registrants that if they could not attend, they could request a refund or donate their payment to a 2021 attendee in need. So, I feel we need to honor that and add these donations to the total available.
With Ken Williams' donation, the total for scholarships is $550.

>> Hello Amy! “mamiegray2012 at gmail.com <mailto:mamiegray2012 at gmail.com>” is OK as the contact info. BTW Amy, I must have misunderstood the final understanding on “scholarship tickets” (free tickets), which was no need for funding for tickets since they can be processed as free; leaving prepaid registration fees in the general CCGA budget, and requesting sponsors to cover expenses other than scholarships. In other words, Sponsor X, in the past, has donated $250 for scholarships and $250 for T-Shirts, can now donate $500 for T-Shirts or whatever. Am I wrong? Mamie
