[Communications] Conference announcement & RFP on website

Hi all,

I just created a sticky post on the CCGA website announcing the conference and a link to the RFP.
This is basically a copy of the email we sent on December 23.

Once we have a better idea soon about the platform and features of the virtual conference, we can launch the detailed conference web page(s)
