[Communications] CCGA - Folder with draft sponsorship engagement materials

Hi JW and communications team,

I logged in to the CCGA Google Drive and was surprised that I could not find any sponsorship docs! Yikes. I am lucky because I saved them on my hard drive last year at conference time. So, I’ve loaded some docs into this folder:

My Drive > Fundraising > Sponsorship Engagement Materials

I loaded the docs we created for the 2018 conference and made a folder for 2021 that includes a draft letter and form. We can update the CCGA Highlights doc if needed too. 

I’ll start to prepare a pdf that we can send to sponsors with specs for logos, text, etc. for the Hopin platform.

I’m available to attend a sponsorship zoom meeting.

JW, are you going to set that up???
