[Communications] CCGA - Folder with draft sponsorship engagement materials

Yes, they definitely need to to be refreshed with the upcoming conference info! I jus wanted to get the docs set up and the ball rolling. I can work on some edits tomorrow, am under a deadline today!

I’ll email the group now about a mtg since JW has not done it.
