There are products and there are many home recipes for fungicides. There are also organic and inorganic versions. Without knowing her garden values its hard to make a recommendation.
Personally we use Copper Fungicide in gardens this time of year. And then we make sure we treat the healthy plants nearby as well to stop it from spreading.
