So, I am not sure about the CCGA Google password…I just tested it and it
worked fine for me and hasn’t changed to my knowledge…

As to the mailing lists, those are maintained in the hosting vendor
platform. The hosting vendor is HostGator and you use the login and CPanel
application to get to the mailing lists and edit them. The cheat sheet I
gave you should have that login info and I can walk you how to do this at
any time. I have added all the new names on your list, there are 18 total
and here is the list below. Let me know if you have any questions.

Also, I want to meet with you soon to begin to clean up the garden list and
make our maps and contact page.
